Message content: Account and billing notices (renewal reminders, payment issues, receipt confirmations); support-ticket updates from your care plan; scheduled maintenance windows that affect your site; occasional care-plan updates from Pablo. No marketing spam.

Message frequency: Varies by your account activity — most subscribers receive fewer than 4 messages per month.
