Do I need to bring my own site?
For Lights On and Maintained, yes — we care for the site you have (or migrate one from another host during setup). Care includes building a new fully AI-designed static site as part of onboarding.
Is there a minimum term?
All plans use a 12-month minimum so hosting, maintenance, and support are sustainable. After the initial term you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
How is billing handled?
Stripe hosts every charge — signup, monthly billing, and a self-serve customer portal to update your card or cancel. PLMKS never touches your card number.
