The short version: PLMKS handles the website, the upkeep, the design support, and the practical next steps so you do not have to manage five vendors.
01Do the plans include a custom website build?Care includes building a new custom WordPress site as part of setup. Lights On and Maintained cover ongoing care of an existing site, or one migrated from another host as part of setup.
02Is there a minimum term?All plans use a 12-month minimum so setup, hosting, maintenance, and support are sustainable. After the initial term you can cancel anytime with thirty (30) days notice.
03How is billing handled?Stripe handles all recurring billing — hosted Checkout for signup, a customer portal where you can update your card or cancel anytime, and secure card storage. PLMKS never sees your card number.
04What is a design asset?One piece of marketing creative produced for you each month on the Care plan — examples: social media graphic set (3–5 posts), email header, small flyer, landing-page hero refresh, ad creative, icon set. About 1–2 hours of design time. Larger work (brand redesigns, full site overhauls, video, photography) is quoted à la carte.
05Do you still help with merchant services?Yes. PLMKS guides clients around Authorize.net merchant accounts through LUQRA when it fits their business — this is a service we sell to clients, separate from how we bill our own subscribers.
